Back On Snow!

After months of rehab and dry land training I am back on skis!

After a strange winter doing rehab training and watching dancing on ice Chemmy and I drove out to Kaprun in Austria to get our ski legs back! It feels amazing to be skiing again and my ankle is feeling good! I have been doing slow skiing drills for 4 days and have finally progressed to some carving turns on the flat poma. The snow is pretty soft but there lots of it!

In the afternoons we have been hammering the biking, staying in Zell am See there is so much great cycling around and we have been out nearly everyday day. We have also been getting in the weights sessions, doing some outside and some at Ambition Racing’s training base.

Happy days!
